2. Business Simulation Sales Forecasting: Your team is challenged to quantify their assumptions and estimates for each of the key factors that drive sales and profitability. The process ignites deeper thinking by your team because in addition to estimates they are challenged to quantify their confidence level and basis for assumptions.
3. Commercialization Action Planning: Business Simulation sales forecasts are reviewed and your team is challenged to identify key barriers to commercial success. Classically one idea is selected for acceleration planning. Plans include “fail fast - fail cheap” development options plus identification of the “Trailblazer” project leader.
4. Trailblazer Coaching (optional): Weekly coaching - and focusing - instills a sense of discipline and ensures that the good work from the first previous steps does not go to waste. The process involves weekly application of Plan, Do, Study, Act cycles of learning - followed by 30 day reporting of results and recommendations.
