Inventing project works these dimensions - with discipline - so you get complete business solutions that are easy for you and senior leadership to see, understand and act on.
How does it work?
Every Eureka! Inventing project is custom-designed based on your unique objective. We'll work with you up front to learn about your goals and objectives, then we'll create a project team made up of problem solvers, writers – even engineers. We will also create a project timeline, but in general the internal and external background work takes about three weeks. We then spend one week customizing your session. Your growth and innovation summit takes 4 days and then we'll begin immediately making your ideas real. We'll run 4 week-long fail fast, fail cheap, get smart cycles and then create a final recommendation.
What do I need?
First you need a healthy level of frutration with your current approach and success rates. If everything's OK now, then Eureka! Inventing is probably not right for you. If, however, you're a leader that's tired of investing a lot of money to see most everything fail, Eureka! Inventing is the start-to-finish solution you need.
Second, you'll need a team of people who are willing to act. For 90% of the project we'll work with a smaller team of decision-makers, usually about 4-6 people. When we get together to create, optimize, screen and prioritize ideas, we'll work with a larger team of 12-16 people.
Third, you'll need some resources like money and time – but not a lot as we typically require just 25-50% of your traditional resources.
