Each Eureka! Winning Ways session brings your team together to:
1) IDENTIFY the possible growth options that exist, to do this we will:
- talk with key company leaders to understand where you are today and where you’re going
- work to identify where your growth is coming from today
- assess your team’s strengths so we can adapt our process to your people
2) CREATE ways to take advantage of the growth options, this involves:
- brining your team together for a day to work through more than 15 different strategic thinking exercises
- us facilitating as you and your team create feasible ideas for growing your business...ideas that excite customers/consumers and demand higher margins
- your team identifying the ideas they are most passionate about and then working to further develop them
3) TAKE ACTION to grow your business
- we’ll test your top four ideas in Merwyn so you can know, with confidence, you’re working on strong growth options
- three to five days later we’ll review the results with you, then create Trailblazer Development Action Plans to get your team going on weekly test cycles to speed learning and action
- and we don’t leave you alone, your coach will check in and help you if you get stuck – they can even help you take action on more ideas once you get the first few

How does it work?

From there, you can find a certified professional [click here now to find a location near you] and schedule your session.
Once you've found a partner, they will be with you each step of the way. You'll begin with a one-hour background call or in-person meeting to gather the information needed for your growth session and review your project logistics. You will then get togehter for a day to create ideas to grow your business. Toward the end of the day you'll work with your team to identify the top four ideas most likely to help grow your business and these will be tested in Merwyn. In about a week, you'll get back together with your Winning Ways partner to review your Merwyn results and create your Trailblazer Action Plans. From there, you'll have weekly check in meetings with your team, resulting in a "yes, no, continue" decision 30-days later.
What do I need?
A team of 8 to 15 people invested in growing your business...about three days total time...and a genuine desire to get different results than you are getting today!
