Innovation Engineering Leadership Institute

The first three Innovation Engineering Leadership Institutes were held by the University of Maine and Eureka! Ranch in partnership with the Maine Development Foundation and the State of Maine Chamber of Commerce in January, February and March of 2010. They were very well received and were followed by dozens of additional Leadership Institutes held across the US and Canada.  

Thanks to the feedback from participants and the continuous improvement the program, the Leadership Institutes have transformed into training events that are even more interactive and experiential, using the new Cycles to Mastery™ teaching method.

The one-day program features a blend of a) high energy presentations, b) “Lab class” where you apply the skills on a case study and c) Guided reflection where you consider how you can apply to your organization.  The program ends with a three dimensional experience called Paul’s Popcorn where the participants experience the entire Innovation Engineering process in 90 minutes.
